With the designer, De Marchis Sergison designed and manged the supply of lighting to this individual property. A key design consideration was to use lighting to differentiate the product on the residential market. With this in mind we added buried light fixtures that are trimless with no trip hazard. In addition window frames are back lit for an inviting low level ambience
